Hello, I'm Gaby!
Having lived in Jaco for over 20 years and being a native of San José, I have a deep understanding of the area and its community. My experience as Co-Director of the Central Pacific Chamber of Commerce has given me valuable insight into the economic development and sustainable growth the region has experienced in recent years.
As a dedicated professional, I am passionate about helping people find their ideal space that fits their lifestyle and goals.
In my free time, I enjoy walking on the beach, exploring the mountains, and connecting with nature, which allows me to further appreciate the unique lifestyle this beautiful area offers.

Valeria Chaves
Hello, I'm Valeria!
I am a business administrator with a degree from the TEC (Technical University of Costa Rica) and specialized in property management. In 2015, I took the Costa Rican Chamber of Realtors course and, since then, I have worked in real estate portfolio management and remodeling project coordination. I enjoy providing comprehensive support in property management and administration, offering personalized advice to fully understand the needs and requirements of each client.
Outside of work, I love traveling: seeing new places and learning about different cultures.
I currently focus on the GAM sector. I'm here to support you in buying, selling, or managing your property in a practical, transparent, and reliable manner.

Francisco Jimenez
I'm Paco Jiménez, a real estate agent with over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector. Throughout my career, I've worked in the sale of properties, lots, and farms in both Costa Rica and Los Angeles, California.
My focus has always been on direct connections with clients and creating peer-to-peer referral networks, which has allowed me to build relationships of trust and generate long-term results. I've had the opportunity to work with multiple properties in strategic areas of the country: in the Southern Zone, from Golfito to Ojochal, Uvita, and Manuel Antonio; and in the Northern Zone, especially in Nosara, where I've positioned myself as a leader in the luxury market with properties priced at over $3 million, in addition to various renovation projects.
I also have extensive knowledge in construction and design, which allows me to provide my clients with comprehensive advice, not only on property purchases but also on the planning, remodeling, and valuation of their real estate investments.
